Another good week and im closing in on my one year mark this
thursday. Tomorrow we have to get up at 430 to go to the conference and i
sould receive my greatly anticipated package. Nothng to exciting happened
this week. Our new president let us drink coca cola and pespi, matte and
now we can listen to EFY music which is awesome.
Friday we did service in la puerta but here
wasn't a way to get from la vega to the puerta so we went on a nice hour long
walk to get there. We took some pictures. This week we've had some
cool experiences and the Lord this cambio has led us to the doors of people
that have been waiting for us and needed help. Another miracle that
happened this week was that Amanda's mom finally said that if Amanda feels
confident in her decision that she can be baptized. So now we only have
to prepare her and answer all of her doubts and concerns. That was
awesome.
And we have proof that God hears our
prayers. Yesterday it rained...and rained and rained. We woke up
Sunday morning and it was pouring. And it continued to rain all day
long. We got soaked to bones yesterday. Due to the rain only us and
11 other people came to church yesterday. Ivan didn't come so we have to
wait another week to baptism him but Ivan really wants to get baptized.
Its going to continue to rain this week so lets hope we don't drown in a flood.
